Systems Architect - Executive Director
Key person in driving the vision and managing team and resources. High-level architect/designer
AI/ML Engineers
Develop and maintain specialized agents (strategy, risk, execution).
Build RL or advanced ML components for alpha discovery.
Quant Researchers / Data Scientists
Research & develop new trading strategies.
Perform statistical modeling & feature engineering.
Work closely with AI/ML engineers to productionize models.
Software Engineers
Integrate agents with existing infrastructure (OMS, data pipelines, backtester).
Develop robust APIs, microservices, or event-driven architectures to facilitate agent communication.
DevOps / Cloud Engineers
Ensure scalable, secure cloud infrastructure.
Manage CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
Product Manager / Project Lead
Coordinate cross-functional tasks.
Oversee roadmap, ensure timelines are met.
